No, not if taught correctly. Injuries usually occur due to improper technique or sudden, uncontrolled force. At VNC Artha, our focus on Mula-Adhara (Root Foundation) and the integration of Kalari Yoga ensures students build the core strength, stability, and alignment.

For our beginner courses, no previous experience is required! We start with the absolute fundamentals, focusing on basic body awareness and rhythmic sense.

Yes. We award formal certification to practitioners who successfully complete the required theoretical and practical examinations for each stage, such as the Mula-Adhara (Level 1) and Pragati (Level 2) certifications etc.
